graham cracker crust. 1 1/2 cups of crushed
digestive biscuits, 1/4 cup of sugar and 6 tbs of
melted butter mixed togethere and then pressed
into the pie tin.
For the filling, start with 4 eggs:

In another bowl add half a cup of brown sugar:
One and a half cups of pecan. I wouldn't
recommended adding this until the end:
Half a cup of white sugar:
Half a cup of cane syrup, it was fun to squeeze:
Half a teaspoon of vanilla:
A pinch of salt:
Add the beaten eggs:
Mix it all up and put it in the pie tin. The recipe
said the pie should be in the oven for about one
hour.
After half an hour in the oven I checked on it
and the entire top was black. I peeled off all the
black with a fork:
I then put lots of raw pecans on it and poured
melted chocolate over them:
It went in the oven for around ten minutes
before serving. This time the aluminum foil
covered it. Here's my serving:
